A shipping quote will be supplied upon order of product. We ship UPS within the United States, all orders from outside the United States will ship via US Priority Mail. Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing material for inspection by shipper. Damage must be noted on shipping slip.
UPS will ONLY ship to a physical address, no P.O. Boxes. If you must have an order shipped to a P.O. Box, please call your order in, in order to make special shipping arrangements.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4pm, excluding holidays. If possible, tracking info will be e-mailed to you.
Next day and second day air orders are processed and shipped no later than 12 noon during normal business hours. All next day orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day.
